Required Application Forms

• Pre-K (3 & 4) and Kindergarten
  --Applicant for Pre-K must be 3 or 4 years old before Oct. 31.
  --Applicant for Kindergarten must be 5 years old before Oct. 31
• Elementary School and Middle School
  1st through 8th Grade
  Applicant for Grade 1 must be 6 years old before Oct. 31
• High School
  Grades 9-13
