Campus Life
Students attending the American Overseas School of Rome are encouraged to become actively involved in as many opportunites as they can. As with many American school settings, what happens outside the classroom is often just as important as what goes on inside the classroom. The school firmly believes in developing the whole person academically, socially, behaviorally as well as artistically, athletically and through leadership opportunities. We encourage our faculty to take advantage of what Rome and Italy offers through field trips that enhance classroom studies, touring museums and ruins that bring to life ancient civilizations, and via hands-on experiences that are literally at our door step. The rich history and culture of Italy is limitless and we feel most fortunate to be in the middle of such opportunities.
