At the American Overseas School of Rome, our students have the opportunity to explore passions, develop expertise both in and outside the classroom, and build lifelong relationships with fellow students, coaches, faculty, and staff. Our close-knit community challenges, encourages, and guides each student so that he or she is well prepared to succeed in the world of higher education and beyond.

About Ms. Sabine Neumann
A native Austrian who has resided in Rome since 2000, Ms. Neumann is fluent in German and English, and highly proficient in Italian.
She has lived for extended periods of time in London, New York and Germany. In 2000 she moved to Rome from Munich with her three children, all AOSR graduates.
As an active parent and the Admissions Officer for the past seven years, Ms. Neumann sees AOSR as much more than a place of employment. She is truly committed to ensuring that all applicants get a real feel for our campus and see what a warm and welcoming school community we have.
